The Salesperson

Salespeople are the critical link between the business and its customers. Salespeople are often viewed as the company in the con- sumers eyes. They represent what a company is or attempts to be and are often the only personal contact a customer has with the company. The salesperson matches the needs of the customer to the company’s interests.

As the critical link between the company and the customers, salespeople need to be aware of their first impressions. You are in the business of organizing and the salespeople you hire will need to project that idea in their dress, speech and attitude.
