Shelf & Gable Hole Pattern

Line Drill vs. Clean Drill

Line Drill Option

For depths up to and including 18”, the Line Drill option provides two rows of holes:

  • Front Row: Fixed at 37 mm from the front edge.
  • Rear Row: Varies based on the gable depth.

Closet Rod Placement (Up to 18” Depth):

  • The closet rod mounts directly to the front row of holes.
  • For depths greater than 14”, front-row mounting positions the rod too far from the back wall.
  • Recommendation: Create a custom setback template for each depth. This allows installers to easily drill new rod holes at any desired height.

Deep Gables (20”–24” Depths)

Gables from 20” to 24” deep automatically receive three rows of holes:

  • Front Row: Fixed at 37 mm from the front edge.
  • Middle Row: Fixed at 10.5” (267.8 mm) from the back wall.
  • Rear Row: Varies based on the gable depth.
  • Note: Refer to the “Gable & Shelf Hole Pattern” in the Dealer Knowledge Base for details.

Clean Drill Option

Clean Drill availability is limited and based strictly on standard configurations (e.g., Long Hang, Double Hang, Econo Long Hang, etc.).

  • These units feature fixed shelf and rod positions.
  • Note: Refer to the Product Catalogue for specific layout details.
  • Important: Custom shelf placement requests may incur additional programming fees.
