In this installation there is a tall tower cabinet being installed that has drawers and doors on it. It’s much easier to install all the hardware before installing the gable and the best way is to lay the gables on the floor. It’s always a good idea to use a drop sheet so you protect the floor from any damage.
You’ll need to refer to your design drawings so you can place the dowels and hardware in the correct position. Refer to drawer installation to find the distance you need between the drawer slides. Figuring this out now, and double checking by holding a drawer box, with the face attached, next to the side, you can quickly confirm the spacing.
Once you have installed all the hardware place the tower gables on the wall and secure to the wall and other cabinets as needed.
