When you go into your customer table and realize that the Start New Design button is grayed out this probably means you need to update your license. Another way to see this is over on the left-hand menu under Logout, you will see how long the license is valid. If this is red, and says the license has expired, no problem, you just need to go under My Account on the left menu and click on Mange License.
In the Mange License area you can see all your purchase history and activate a new license either for one month intervals or for a full year. You can also save credit cards and choose automatic billing so you don’t have to do this process over and over again. Just check the box authorizing ClosetPro to charge your card, submit payment, and then your license will update and you’ll be able to start designing for customers again.
