The power of ClosetPro shines with the ability to create a proposal for your customers. Using this feature in ClosetPro will save you time and enhance your professionalism. On your customer design page select all the closets that you want included in the proposal. Just select the checkbox located at the end, or far right, of each closet design. Once you’ve selected which designs you want included, click on the left side button called Create New Proposal.
When you are in the client proposal screen you can add any discounts or additional charges. This give you a wide range of flexibility to anything that you require including taxes. You can add a disclaimer or other information the customer needs. In this area you can also set the date for how long the proposal will remain active and how long any 3D and renders links will remain active.
At the bottom of the proposal there are a number of radio button options to include or exclude the following:
- Show 2D
- Dhow Tech Drawings
- Show Height
- Show 3D
- Show Overhead
- Show Print
- Show Render
- Show Width
- Show Options
- Show Depth
